Mino Brasserie, a French brasserie in the West Village, is hiring a full time Junior Chef to join our kitchen under Chef Gerald.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Real working knowledge of French cuisine: stocks, mother sauces, brasserie classics, charcuterie a plus
Professional kitchen experience in New York City
Comfortable on every station and able to hold your own on the line during service
Clean, organized, respectful of the product and of the team
Reliable and on time, available nights and weekends
NYC Food Protection Certificate a plus
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
