Requirements
Technical Abilities (software, processes, specific skills): CAM/CAD (AutoCAD / Inventor / G-Code).
People Management - work in an office furniture manufacturing facility managing a team of 8.
Manage engineering team including drafters, BOM processor and CNC Programmer.
Experienced in custom office furniture design and manufacturing.
Ability to standardize drawings and processes / create SOP's.
Flexible and able to excel in a team environment.
Excellent analytical thinker and problem solver.
Degree and or 5+ years of experience.
