Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to determine the mental health needs of each client.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on clinical judgement and expertise to address issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and relationship challenges.

• Utilize our all-in-one platform to offer flexible interaction methods, engaging clients through video sessions, audio communications, and tracking their progress through goal-setting programs.

• Collaborate with peers using a robust forum to discuss case strategies and best practices, gaining insights from a community of over 10,000 mental health professionals.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Adapt treatment approaches as necessary to meet the evolving needs of clients, ensuring they feel supported and understood throughout their therapeutic journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clientele will primarily consist of stable, low-acuity adults facing conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), relationship issues, and grief. Our platform strictly screens for patients, ensuring you engage only with individuals who fit within this demographic, thereby fostering a productive therapeutic environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• A valid professional license (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or PsyD) issued by the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this role is competitive, with annual earnings ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 , based on experience and qualifications.
