The Marketing Specialist, Defend Activation & Orchestration, will be a core member of the Base Marketing team, supporting the day-to-day configuration and deployment of the Defend activation program. This individual will focus on executing key aspects of the base churn program for Business Markets, Global Enterprises, and Public Sector customers. This position operates as part of a technical-marketing hybrid team, supporting the technical sequencing and orchestration of audience segments and campaign treatments across a multi-platform ecosystem (Web, App, Email, SMS, Sales/Care). Responsibilities Campaign Setup & Activation: Translate marketing strategies into live, customer-facing \"Save\" offers and retention journeys across digital channels and rep systems. Audience Targeting & Data Management: Manage target customer lists and audience segments to ensure the right promotional offers reach the right customers. Omnichannel Campaign Alignment: Coordinate campaign timing and offer consistency across channels so a customer sees the same \"Save\" treatment whether they visit the online portal or talk to a live care rep. Campaign Monitoring & Issue Resolution: Track live campaign performance and serve as the first line of defense to quickly spot and resolve offer misfires, delivery issues, or customer friction points. Marketing QA & Offer Validation: Conduct end-to-end testing of promotional offers, badging, and pricing updates prior to launch to ensure a seamless, error-free customer experience. What We're Looking For... The ideal candidate is a details-oriented, motivated individual who is comfortable working at the intersection of marketing strategy and technical system execution. You are a natural problem-solver with a meticulous eye for detail and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment to ensure flawless, customer-centric deployments. You’ll Need To Have Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience. Four or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training. Experience in marketing operations, technical campaign execution, or churn management, with a track record of supporting customer treatments in a complex system environment. Even better if you have one or more of the following: Proficiency or formal training in data segmentation or data management techniques. Practical experience configuring basic workflows within a CRM or marketing automation platform (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Adobe, etc.). Ability to communicate technical problems or requirements to non-technical stakeholders clearly. Comfortable working with basic analytics and using data to make execution-level decisions. Where you’ll be working In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours. The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $83,000.00 - $159,000.00.
