Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct secure and confidential telehealth counseling sessions with clients, utilizing our designated teletherapy platform to ensure privacy and security.

• Perform comprehensive mental health assessments that gather vital information about clients’ histories, challenges, and goals, leading to collaboratively created treatment plans tailored to each individual.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), to address a range of emotional and behavioral concerns.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support, prioritizing the safety and well-being of clients while effectively managing acute mental health issues.

• Maintain accurate and confidential electronic client records, including progress notes and treatment plans, in accordance with established legal and ethical standards.

• Empower clients by educating them on mental health conditions, coping strategies, and external resources, fostering independence and resilience.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and community resources, ensuring clients receive comprehensive, coordinated, and holistic care.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at River Town Psychotherapy Center, you will primarily work with a diverse range of clients, including those facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges.
