Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine the mental health status of each client, utilizing evidence-based diagnostic tools and therapeutic frameworks.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect the client's unique needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals, including techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness.

• Engage in regular follow-up sessions to monitor progress and adapt treatment strategies as required, providing clients with the tools and coping mechanisms necessary for overcoming their challenges.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR) to document client interactions and treatment outcomes, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.

• Foster effective communication and collaboration with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to coordinate comprehensive care.

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss case updates, share insights, and receive peer support on challenging cases.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as a LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R in the state of New York.

• At least four years of relevant clinical experience in the mental health field, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of various mental health disorders and treatment approaches.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the establishment of rapport with clients and effective collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
