Executive Assistant

$18 per hour

Executive Assistant (Part-Time) Reports to: Owner Location: Jacksonville, FL (Local – errands required) Hours: 10–15 hours per week Compensation: $18.00 per hour (depending on experience) Trial Period: 90‑day evaluation period Position Summary The Executive Assistant provides direct administrative and logistical support to the Owner. The purpose of this role is to reduce administrative friction and protect executive focus by handling personal and business support tasks requiring organization, follow‑through, and local execution. Core Responsibilities Executive & Administrative Support Manage calendar and schedule appointments. Maintain task lists and tickler/reminder systems. Track renewals (licenses, registrations, insurance, subscriptions). Prepare meeting agendas and document notes. Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems. Maintain vendor and contact master lists. Assist with expense documentation. Personal Asset & Administrative Cleanup Manage personal returns (processing, shipping, vendor coordination). Photograph, list, and manage sale of personal items (eBay / Marketplace). Coordinate shipping of personal items. Maintain documentation of transactions. Errands & Local Execution DMV, tag, notary, and agency visits. Pick‑up / drop‑off of documents and other items as needed. Coordinate home service vendors. Run administrative supply errands. Project & Deadline Tracking Maintain project milestone lists. Track open loops and follow up. Coordinate with Product Advisory team. Ensure deadlines are visible and addressed. Required Traits Highly organized and detail‑oriented. Strong follow‑through. Comfortable running errands independently. Mature and discreet. Reliable transportation.
