Prime Health Counseling, LLC is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our team on a full-time basis. This remote position based in Lowell, Massachusetts, offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, along with a hire-on bonus for new hires. As an LMHC, you will play a crucial role in facilitating emotional health and wellness through tailored therapeutic interventions and support services.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and collaborate in the development of treatment plans, including pre-crisis and crisis plans, medication management strategies, and behavioral guidelines.

• Complete all required documentation promptly to adhere to regulatory standards and ensure quality care.
\n
• Employ evidence-based screening tools as indicated, actively contributing to the clinical team’s assessment processes.
\n
• Work alongside multidisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans tailored for individual clients.
\n
• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes to maintain compliance and high standards of practice.
\n
• Serve as a liaison between clients and relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to navigate healthcare resources effectively.

• Establish and maintain open lines of communication with stakeholders to promote the mission of Prime Health Counseling throughout the community.
\n
• Build relationships with various local, state, federal, and private organizations, seeking opportunities to develop partnerships and secure funding sources.
\n
• Participate in professional development activities, including attending conferences and engaging in networking opportunities within the mental health field.
\n
• Embody agency values and philosophy in all interactions and outreach efforts.
\n
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support clinic operations and patient care initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a varied client population presenting with a range of psychological challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and various developmental disabilities. You will be instrumental in delivering tailored therapeutic interventions, guiding clients toward recovery, resilience, and improved quality of life through individualized care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• Current, independently issued LMHC license is essential for this role.
