You should be reliable, highly organized and have a strong attention to detail as well as be able to work independently and prioritize tasks and projects. We are a family owned and operated franchise of Budget Blinds. We sell, install, and service shades, shutters, and blinds of all kinds. It is the Office Manager's responsibility to: Responsibilities Welcome visitors into the office to look at display options Field all incoming calls Schedule free in-home consultations, installations and service appointments Manage the main office inbox and request follow up or elevate issues to the appropriate team member Assist in collecting deposits and post-installation invoicing Assist in warehouse receiving and order check in processes Maintain office tidiness Maintain notes on customer interactions Assist in scheduling team meetings Qualifications Thorough understanding of office management procedures Excellent organizational and time management skills Aptitude in problem-solving Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in MS Office and use of technology overall Benefits/Perks * Paid Training Ability to Earn Bonuses Medical / Dental / Eye Insurance offered Time off is commiserate based on time with company, with select paid holidays The positions on this website, unless otherwise indicated, are posted by Budget Blinds® franchisees.
