Job Description
Title: Registered Nurse - Acute Care

Schedule: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Assignment Details:
- Guaranteed Hours: 36.00
- Contract Weeks: 6

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
- Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: Required
- AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS certification: Required
- AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification: Required
- At least two years of recent experience in the field: Required
- Experience with EMR systems (EPIC and Cerner): Required

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards of care and nursing processes.
- Supervise and direct activities of assigned nursing staff.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide patient care in a safe and caring environment.
- Collect and analyze relevant data pertinent to patients' health.
- Develop and implement care plans and evaluate patient progress toward outcomes.
- Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.

Compliance / Notes:
- All associates must receive required vaccinations as a condition of employment and annually thereafter.
