Description TGTG is seeking a self-starting Recruiter to join our team, providing excellent service to both our hiring managers and candidates. The Recruiter plays a critical role by ensuring TGTG is hiring the best possible talent. In this role, you will perform full lifecycle recruiting and sourcing for healthcare and IT services. You will represent TGTG services, culture, and core values, interface directly with candidates regarding career opportunities, position expectations, compensation, and benefits, partner with hiring managers, HR Manager, and the management team in developing position requirements, making salary recommendations based on internal and market tools, negotiating offers, and pulling candidates through the hiring process. Location Washington, DC/Maryland/VA; Telework is available for the right candidate. Essential Roles and Responsibilities Ensures integrity of the recruitment cycle; maintains accurate documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring manager interactions and other recruiting activities. Responsible for searching/recruiting several subject matter experts by following standardized processes to screen and select the best candidates and ensure compliance with all governmental and client employment specifications including daily rates, salary verifications, and education verification. Conducts intake calls with hiring managers to understand the position requirements; advising on job descriptions to ensure they accurately portray the positions. Manages requisitions and hiring to meet organizational goals to include quality of hires; time to fill and cost per hire. Develops strategies to attract candidates of diverse backgrounds; utilizes media to foster affirmative action and diversity goals. Leverages online recruiting resources and in-house ATS to identify and recruit the very best candidates. Conducts and schedules interviews and follow up on references of selected candidates. Maintains communication with candidates to keep them updated through the hiring process. Manages and coordinates communication, interviews, and assessments for candidates and hiring managers. Documents post-interview debrief with interviewers and candidates. Performs background checking on all candidates and reviews results with hiring managers. Performs job analysis and works with hiring managers to develop and document effective job descriptions. Stays informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices. Conducts follow up calls with new hires and hiring managers to support effective onboarding and assimilation into organization. Other duties and projects as assigned. Excellent interpersonal skills. Self‑motivated. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad range of positions. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately. Ability to manage competing demands while being extremely adaptable and flexible. Strong writing and oral communication skills in English. Understanding compliance requirements. Expert level knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, relationship management and due diligence. Position Requirements Requirements Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Human Resources, Business, Marketing or related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education. 3+ years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting, preferably in the medical industry. Proficient in MS Office to include PowerPoint and Excel. Ability to maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and team members throughout the hiring process. Sharp interviewing skills with ability to screen and assess talent for both technical and soft-skill qualities. Must be able to multitask and bring tasks through to completion with minimal supervision. Preferred Qualifications Relevant experience in government contracting recruiting.
