Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate individual, couples, family, and group counseling sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address the specific goals and challenges of each client, regularly assessing their progress and making necessary adjustments.

• Provide continuous emotional support and encouragement to facilitate client growth, helping them develop coping strategies for emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges.

• Collaborate across disciplines by coordinating with other healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
