Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques, to address client concerns effectively.

• Document clinical interactions and maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) in compliance with legal standards and ethical guidelines.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Flourish Minds, you will work with a broad spectrum of individuals facing various challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, stress management, family dynamics, and trauma recovery. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
