## Seasonal Administrative ProfessionalApplylocations: East Aurora, NYtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted 2 Days Agojob requisition id: 20260168The Bonadio Group is currently seeking Seasonal Administrative Professionals to support our Tax and Small Business Advisory Service Lines for the following time frames: August 2026 through October 2026January 2027 through April 2027**Responsibilities*** Assist with the processing of tax returns, extensions, estimates, notices, etc.* Assist in the preparation, proofreading, editing, and processing of documents including, but not limited to, correspondence, financial statements, client-related correspondence, etc., to produce error-free work* Track engagements with the use of Access software* Paper and electronic filing of client information; maintenance of filing systems* Coordinate internal or external communications between supervisor and others* Organize, update, and maintain calendars* Manage multiple priorities**Qualifications****Required:*** Minimum of High School Diploma or GED Certificate* Minimum of two years of relevant experience* Knowledge of typical office methods and procedures, filing, telephone techniques, and office equipment, as well as business English usage, spelling, grammar, and punctuationThe salary range for this position is $21.00 to $23.00 per hour.**Hours of Operation:*** Our office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.* Our summer hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 8:00 a.m. to noon on Friday* Our team prides itself on flexibility; however, during busy season the ability to work additional hours is necessary.At The Bonadio Group, we believe that an inclusive work environment allows all of our people to achieve their greatest potential and the greatest results for our clients and communities.
