This position allows for a fully remote work setting, offering flexibility while maintaining a structured schedule of Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. As a member of our remote team, you will communicate regularly with colleagues through virtual meetings, shared case management systems, and collaborative digital platforms, allowing for synergy and support in treating clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients’ mood disorder symptoms.

• Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans that align with their needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate healing.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care practices.

• Monitor client progress over time and adjust treatment plans accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and additional healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care for clients.

• Stay informed about the latest developments and research in mood disorder treatment to enhance therapeutic strategies.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development workshops.
