Responsibilities Supervise a team of Food and Beverage associates, including cooks, bartenders, cashiers, and other service staff, stepping in when shifts need coverage. Assist with staffing, inventory controls, compliance, guest services, and employee relations for the resort’s Food & Beverage outlets. Ensure all food handling processes and kitchen safety standards are followed at all times, performing daily inspections of product and service. Monitor cashier banks, enforce proper cash handling practices, and oversee accurate entry and coding of invoices and inventory information when food items are received. Maintain guest and owner satisfaction as part of the daily operations. Qualifications Current local State Health & Alcohol certifications, including food handling and OSHA. Cash handling experience. Knowledge of kitchen equipment and kitchen operations. Ability to lift 50 pounds. Minimum 1 year of Food & Beverage supervision experience.
