**Digital Marketing Staff (Remote)**

**Core Hours:** 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM (New York Time)

**Key Responsibilities**

• Manage and schedule content across social media platforms including LinkedIn and Facebook

• Develop and execute social media marketing strategies

• Write clear and effective marketing, emails, and social media

• Perform on-page SEO including keyword optimization

• Conduct off-page SEO activities such as link building and outreach

• Track and analyze performance

• Assist with email marketing using tools such as Mailchimp or similar platforms

• Maintain content calendars and ensure deadlines are met

• Collaborate with the team on marketing plans and promotional activities

**Required Qualifications**

• 2+ years of digital marketing experience

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field

• Solid understanding of social media marketing, on-page SEO, and off-page SEO

• Working knowledge of Google Analytics or similar tools

• Experience with email marketing platforms 

• Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and deliver results in a remote environment
