Campaign (Performance) Manager, Paid Social

We are looking for a highly motivated, inherently curious, results-oriented individual to join our Performance Management Team. As a Performance Manager, you will help us activate and optimize media through the lens of Brand Mentality® while driving performance for our clients.

What you’ll work on:

\n

\n
• Execute paid social ad campaigns from top agencies & brands, including setup, launch, pacing, & optimization.
\n
• Navigate and utilize major social advertising platforms daily, with a primary focus on Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Reddit Ads, as well as Snapchat and Pinterest (with exposure to Google Ads, YouTube, and DV360 as needed).
\n
• Become an expert at using Sightly’s proprietary platforms, including Brand Mentality®.
\n
• Ensure campaigns adhere to precise technical specifications set forth by clients and internal strategic optimized set up.
\n
• Address & provide support for clients & internal team members regarding campaign inquiries (i.e. status request, social ad performance optimizations, troubleshooting).
\n
• Oversee accuracy of campaign reporting, social attribution/data measurement, and overall campaign success.
\n
• Act as a liaison between the Performance Management Team to Sales, Marketing, Product, & Account Management teams to ensure top-notch campaign performance & service.
\n
• Analyze social media campaigns to identify areas of opportunity for growth.
\n
• Work closely with other team members in managing requests and the documentation of these details for the benefit of inter-departmental accuracy and communications.
\n
• Identify and escalate priority issues, redirecting them to appropriate resources.
\n
• Responsible for reaching and exceeding team revenue goals.
\n
• Stay current with system updates, platform changes (Meta, TikTok, Reddit algorithms/ad formats), and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications:

\n

\n
• At least 3-5 years experience in paid social media campaign management, social ad operations, and performance marketing required. 
\n
• Hands-on experience and expertise in managing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and/or Reddit ad platforms are strictly required.
\n
• Experience or familiarity with additional social and digital channels (Snapchat, Pinterest, YouTube, Google Ads, DV360) is a strong plus.
\n
• Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets
\n
• Experience using Salesforce
\n
