Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM) seeks an Assistant Director of Benefits Administration on the Suwanee campus to lead benefits planning, implementation and compliance. Reporting to the Senior Director of Benefits and Operations, you will oversee health/welfare plans, retirement programs, and open enrollment while ensuring multiple regulatory requirements are met. You will coordinate with insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and Finance, supervise benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr
