HelpDesk Technician

Providing IT support, the full-time salaried HelpDesk Technician will troubleshoot PC and software issues, maintain machines, and assist with user onboarding and offboarding in a remote work environment from the Philippines. Key responsibilities Provide maintenance, technical support, and troubleshooting for core internal systems and devices Assist in designing and implementing standard configurations for users Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues Required qualifications BS Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field At least 2 years of experience in user support and IT troubleshooting using a ticketing system In-depth experience supporting and troubleshooting Windows and macOS machines Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365, and Intune or other MDM solutions Experience in network administration, including firewalls and VPN
