This full-time role near Detroit, MI offers a dynamic opportunity to engage with a diverse K-12 client base, drive social-emotional learning, and foster a supportive school environment. The position is based onsite with a well-respected academy and runs from now through late June 2027.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver social-emotional and behavioral interventions tailored to a range of student needs
• Serve as 504 Plan Coordinator, managing accommodation plans and ensuring compliance
• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions
• Perform thorough clinical assessments and develop actionable intervention strategies
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to optimize student success
• Provide crisis intervention, consultation, and resource referrals as needed
• Maintain detailed documentation and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work required
• Current Michigan state licensure as a Social Worker
• Proven experience working in K-12 educational settings
• Strong clinical assessment and intervention abilities
• Outstanding communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment
