Assess patients from diverse age groups (pediatric, adult, and geriatric) through standardized techniques and careful observation.

Craft customized treatment plans that cater to both immediate and long-term communication and swallowing objectives.

Deliver dedicated speech therapy sessions focused on enhancing language, fluency, voice, and swallowing skills.

Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including physical and occupational therapists, caregivers, and medical professionals, to provide unified care.

Educate patients and their families to support continued progress and development outside the clinical environment.

Occasionally participate in inpatient evaluations and treatment to ensure seamless transition and continuity of care.

Maintain up-to-date documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.

Engage in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of the latest methodologies and advancements in the field.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) is required if not already ASHA-certified.

State licensure as a Speech Language Therapist.

Preferably hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory within 30 days of employment.

Expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities for a variety of age groups, with a solid grasp of speech, language, and swallowing disorders both developmental and acquired.

Outstanding communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Aptitude for modifying therapeutic approaches to accommodate different cultural and linguistic backgrounds.

Strong analytical abilities and clinical judgement in treatment planning and problem-solving.

Familiarity with electronic medical records and clinical documentation standards.
