Therapeutic Horizon Behavioral Health Center is seeking dedicated Mental Health Therapists to join our team in full-time, remote positions. Our goal is to enhance the mental well-being of individuals in the Seattle area by providing high-quality therapeutic care.

Work Environment\n

This role offers the flexibility of a remote work setting while remaining part of a supportive outpatient psychiatric office. Our team collaborates closely through regular virtual meetings and consultations to ensure every therapist has the tools and support necessary for success. Typical work hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive mental health assessments to identify patient needs and establish tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions using various evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Conduct psychoeducational and support groups, fostering a sense of community among participants dealing with similar issues.
\n
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other multidisciplinary team members to ensure well-rounded patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies.
\n
• Educate patients on mental health conditions and available treatment options, along with community resources to facilitate their recovery.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Participate in case consultations and team meetings to discuss patient progress and share insights on best practices.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities to remain at the forefront of advancements in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a diverse client base, ranging from adolescents to adults, who face various mental health challenges. This engagement provides the opportunity to utilize different therapeutic techniques that cater specifically to different demographics and their needs, enhancing both the therapist's skill set and the client's therapeutic experience.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Washington is mandatory.
\n
• In-depth understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methods.
\n
• Ability to perform thorough mental health assessments and create effective treatment plans.
\n
• Experience providing both individual and group therapy to a wide array of patient backgrounds.
\n
• Excellent communication skills, demonstrating both interpersonal and professional demeanor.

• Strong judgment adhering to ethical standards and professional boundaries.

• Familiarity with EHR systems and basic computer applications is required.

• Proficient in collaborating with diverse team members in a multidisciplinary environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
