Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to address a wide range of mental health issues, using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

• Develop personalized treatment plans by assessing client needs, histories, and goals, collaborating with clients to establish measurable objectives.

• Document and maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations.

• Engage in ongoing training and professional development, demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement in therapeutic practices.

• Participate in case management and interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure holistic care for clients.
\n
• Provide telehealth services in a HIPAA-compliant manner, ensuring client confidentiality and comfort during virtual sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will primarily support a diverse population of children, teens, adults, and families with various backgrounds and mental health needs. This includes addressing issues related to trauma, grief, loss, LGBTQ+ identity, and perinatal mental health. Qualifications\n

• Hold a Master’s Degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited program.

• Possess an active and unrestricted LMFT license.

• Demonstrate proficiency in both English and Spanish, with strong written, oral, and non-verbal communication skills.

• Have a minimum of two years of experience in a mental health setting working with children, adults, and families.

• Exhibit cultural sensitivity and respect for diverse backgrounds and family dynamics.

• Ability to effectively utilize EHR software, Microsoft Office, and telehealth platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialized training in evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as CBT, TF-CBT, or EMDR.

• History of working as an in-network provider with insurance panels.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from USD 70,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
