Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions using secure telehealth platforms, ensuring a supportive and engaging atmosphere for clients.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to gather client information, implement therapeutic techniques, and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Offer ongoing mental health support which may include crisis intervention, referrals to other healthcare professionals, and coordinating care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with organizational protocols and confidentiality guidelines.

• Participate in regular supervision, team meetings, and professional development to continually refine therapeutic practices and enhance client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a mental health therapist at In Touch Counseling, you will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license to practice in Washington State (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC).

• Proven ability to create and implement effective treatment plans based on thorough assessments.

• Comfort and proficiency in using digital therapy platforms and technology tools to facilitate remote therapy.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients quickly.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a clinical setting providing therapy services.
