Home Care Coordinator
We are looking for an experienced Home Care Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, a strong communicator, and comfortable working in a fast-paced home care environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage client and caregiver schedules and coverage
- Answer calls professionally and assist clients and caregivers
- Handle call-outs, scheduling conflicts, and staffing needs
- Maintain accurate client and caregiver information
- Follow up on issues and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain strong communication with clients, caregivers, families, and team members
- Identify opportunities to increase service hours when appropriate
- Complete case-related tasks and other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of home care office experience required
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Professional communication skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to commute to Suffern, NY 10901
