- Certification as a Medical Lab Technician
- Experience with laboratory procedures and analyses

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform routine and complex laboratory analyses on blood, body fluids, and exudates from patients.
- Follow established protocols and procedures for laboratory testing.
- Ensure accuracy and quality of results by adhering to laboratory standards.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and assist in troubleshooting issues as necessary.
- Document findings and report results in a timely manner.

Compliance / Notes
- Scrubs: Navy for Nurses, Light Blue for PCA, Burgundy for Sitters.
