This position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your hours and work from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, including mental status examinations, to evaluate clients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide intensive counseling and psychotherapy sessions, utilizing various modalities, and adapting strategies based on individual or family dynamics.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation, including case notes and progress reports, to monitor the clients’ progress and treatment outcomes effectively.

• Engage in crisis intervention; employing de-escalation techniques and maintaining a calm demeanor in high-stress scenarios to support clients through challenging moments.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, primary care providers, and community resources, to coordinate comprehensive care.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions based on client needs, promoting a space for healing and personal growth.

• Participate in team meetings to share insights, strategies, and best practices to enhance the quality of care offered to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Clinical Social Worker at Not Just Therapy, LLC, you will serve a diverse patient population, ranging from children and adolescents to adults and families. Clients may present with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship problems. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program is required.

• Active LCSW license to practice independently in the state of Georgia.

Compensation and Benefits\n
