While our outpatient facility offers a traditional counseling setting, this role provides the unique opportunity to develop strong therapeutic relationships from a distance. You will coordinate all your sessions through our secure telehealth platforms, which are designed to facilitate effective communication and interaction with clients and team members alike.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and emotional needs, utilizing structured intake interviews and standardized assessment tools.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring they align with their personal goals and therapeutic needs.

• Facilitate evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Continuously monitor client progress by reviewing therapeutic goals and adjusting treatment strategies as required to optimize outcomes.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during urgent situations via telehealth technology to ensure client safety.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and legal requirements.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive and holistic treatment approaches.

• Engage in regular professional development activities and supervision sessions to hone clinical skills and stay informed about advancements in the mental health field.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline that meets licensing requirements.
