Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their specific mental health needs, and develop tailored treatment plans that address their unique circumstances.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services, utilizing a range of methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and family systems therapy, to individuals, groups, and families.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team comprised of case managers and psychiatrists, ensuring that clients receive holistic and coordinated care throughout their treatment journey.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies, employing skills to diffuse challenging situations effectively.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives and educational programs that promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma associated with seeking help.

Qualifications\n
