Role: Registered Nurse responsible for analyzing complex healthcare claims, pharmacy, and lab data to evaluate network utilization and cost containment. Key Responsibilities Perform research, analysis, and presentation of healthcare utilization and cost reports, offering actionable recommendations. Oversee development, organization, and maintenance of diverse healthcare datasets. Develop processes for cleaning and integrating complex datasets to support analytics and insights. Supervise completion of special projects for internal departments, regulatory agencies, or external organizations. Maintain project timelines and ensure quality through reviews and checks. Qualifications & Skills Associate’s Degree or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. 3-5 years of relevant experience; 5-7 years preferred. RN license highly preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
