Administrative Assistant / Accounts Receivable Responsibilities
- Process accounts receivable payments and maintain customer accounts
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and assist with collections
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies
- Perform accurate data entry and record maintenance
- Prepare reports and support accounting functions
- Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries
- Manage correspondence, filing, and office documentation
- Provide administrative support to office and accounting teams
- Assist with scheduling, recordkeeping, and general office operations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in accounts receivable, administrative support, office administration, bookkeeping, or accounting
- Strong data entry and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with accounting software or ERP systems is preferred
