- Archivar y gestionar registros de empleados, con especial énfasis en la atención al detalle, organización y confidencialidad
- Preparar, procesar, coordinar, monitorear y archivar documentos y datos
- Realizar cálculos, análisis de datos y preparar reportes
- Codificar documentos, mantener bases de datos y coordinar eventos y reuniones
- Gestionar múltiples tareas y asegurar una correcta organización de documentos físicos y digitales
- Tienes experiencia previa en manejo y organización de documentos (físicos y/o digitales)
- Posees experiencia en entornos administrativos o de Recursos Humanos (preferido)
- Demuestras alto nivel de confidencialidad y atención al detalle
- Eres capaz de coordinar diversas tareas, mantener la organización y trabajar presencialmente
- Tienes habilidades organizacionales y de comunicación
