Sales Development Representative

We're looking for a super‑hungry and aggressive Sales Development Representative to work high quality leads, perform demos of the platform and close. You’ll partner closely with the CEO, marketing and sales personnel in a data‑driven, rapid‑experiment environment, making calls to prospects, pitching the DealGround platform, executing demos and closing deals. This role is high‑impact, fast paced, and built for someone who thrives on speed, precision, and wants to help shape the sales engine of a growing company. The role will start as a base‑plus‑commission role, with the opportunity to evolve into a higher‑salaried sales position as we achieve company milestones. The company is headquartered in the SF Bay Area, so the Bay Area is a huge plus, however this role is open to employees working remotely. Close Deals, Win Big: Seal the deal with finesse, leveraging your hustle to drive revenue and earn hefty commissions. Leverage AI agentic techniques to plan your demos and increase your close rate What We’re Looking For 1–2 years of sales experience in a B2B startup, SaaS company or Real Estate firm Strong verbal skills and clarity of communication.
