Work Environment\n

As a remote telehealth practitioner, you will be fully equipped to serve clients wherever they are comfortable, eliminating transportation barriers while fostering a supportive virtual environment. You will have the autonomy to design your schedule, engaging with clients Monday through Saturday at your convenience. Our practice supports in-house credentialing and administrative assistance, which allows you to focus on what you do best—providing quality care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial comprehensive psychosocial assessments for clients, including individuals, families, and groups, to identify their unique needs and develop tailored treatment strategies.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to effectively address and reduce client symptoms.

• Establish clear treatment objectives and goals while regularly evaluating client progress to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.

• Collaborate with a network of healthcare professionals through documentation and interdisciplinary meetings to enhance the continuity and quality of care.

• Manage a caseload of clients by providing ongoing support and case management, coordinating treatment efforts with community resources and services.

• Effectively and ethically document all clinical interactions, assessments, and treatment plans within the mandated time frames, adhering to departmental policies.

In this role, you will engage with a diverse clientele, including adults, adolescents, and families experiencing a range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A valid state-issued license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology, from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating the ability to work with a range of diagnostic issues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with your experience and credentials.
