Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments to accurately identify mental health concerns and create personalized treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Empowerment Pathways Counseling Center, you will engage with a diverse clientele, including adolescents, adults, and families experiencing varying degrees of mental health challenges. You will provide essential support to clients grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues, helping them build skills to manage their conditions and improve their overall mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.

• A valid license to practice as a mental health counselor in the state of Massachusetts.

• A minimum of two years of direct experience in providing mental health counseling services within an outpatient or related setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
