Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and ongoing assessments of client mental health needs, employing evidence-based evaluation techniques to formulate accurate clinical diagnoses.

• Develop and implement bespoke treatment plans that integrate therapeutic modalities suited to each client's unique goals and challenges, adjusting as needed to reflect progress.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other relevant approaches.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support to clients in acute mental health crises, which may involve risk assessments and safety planning.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records, ensuring documentation is thorough, accessible, and complies with legal and ethical standards, including progress notes and treatment evaluations.

• Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team, partnering with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic and integrated care for clients.

• Educate clients and their families concerning mental health conditions, treatment methodologies, and community resources available for additional support.
\n
• Engage in continuous professional development through training, workshops, and participation in relevant professional organizations to stay abreast of emerging practices and research in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population characterized by various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma-related issues, and relationship difficulties. Your role is to provide empathetic guidance and support to help clients navigate these challenges, promoting healing and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) is required.

• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field is required; a Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience, demonstrating strong clinical assessment and therapeutic skills.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to foster rapport with clients from all backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, reflecting experience and expertise.
