Executive Administrative Assistant
Mascoma Bank is looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to support our CEO, senior executives, and Board-related activities. In this high-visibility role, you'll help keep priorities moving, coordinate key meetings and events, manage sensitive information with discretion, and serve as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Manage scheduling, travel, expenses, and high-level administrative needs for the CEO and senior leaders
- Draft correspondence, coordinate meetings, and support special projects and events
- Serve as a trusted liaison for internal and external stakeholders while maintaining strict confidentiality
- Coordinate Board and committee meetings, including materials, logistics, and minutes
- Maintain official records and support governance processes across entities
- Partner with Finance on Director compensation and reporting
- Support bank-wide philanthropy and community engagement efforts
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree or at least 5 years of relevant administrative or executive support experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with sound judgment and a high level of professionalism.
- Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and adapt quickly as priorities shift.
- You build strong relationships and are approachable, professional, and service-oriented.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and care.
- Professional presence and attention to detail.
- You stay calm under pressure and can handle changing priorities.
- You enjoy learning, improving, and supporting a mission-driven organization.

Location
This position is based out of our Lebanon NH Office with the potential to be a hybrid role in the future.
