Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP license or eligibility for licensure in Kansas
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Prior experience supporting school-based pediatric and adolescent populations preferred
• Proficiency working within low incidence programs is a strong asset
• Collaborative, compassionate, and flexible approach to service delivery
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to high school students, with focus on low incidence disabilities
• Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEP goals, and track student progress
• Consult with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in team meetings, staff development, and family conferences as needed
