Human Resources AssistantWe are seeking a Human Resources Assistant to help manage its HR administration. Looking for highly organized candidate with keen attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently as well as with the team. Background in human resources is preferred, experience in recruiting and/or In-Home Care hiring is a plus.Job Responsibilities:Review job listings with various job placement servicesInterview applicantsReview applications and arrange interview appointmentsCheck applicant referencesPerform Criminal History, Background ChecksBe part of the hiring processResponsible for all new hire paperworkNotify Client Relations Manager of new employee and clients that they will be visiting so he will be available to meet with caregiver and client first timeEngage with technical schools to schedule student interviewsMust be bi-lingual: Spanish and EnglishHours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday Compensation: $36,000.00 per yearAbout Assisting Hands Home Care Assisting Hands® Home Care provides compassionate, dependable in-home care that helps individuals remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes.
