Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments for individuals, couples, and families to identify their specific issues and needs.

• Facilitating therapy sessions that engage both partners in couple's therapy, as well as individual sessions to explore personal issues affecting relationships.

• Employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address a wide range of topics including, but not limited to:

• Alcohol abuse
\n
• Physical and psychological abuse
\n
• Grief and loss
\n
• Family conflicts, including sibling rivalries and communication barriers
\n
• Job-related stress and its effects on family dynamics
\n
• Medical issues impacting emotional health
\n
• Adjustment to separation and divorce
\n
• Challenges faced by blended families
\n
• Building constructive Mother/Daughter interventions
\n
\n
• Implementing therapeutic solutions tailored to each family's unique circumstances, promoting resilience and effective communication.
