Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and provide short-term psychotherapy tailored to the needs of individuals, families, and groups, using evidence-based intervention strategies.

• Utilize telehealth platforms to offer counseling remotely, ensuring accessibility and convenience for clients during their therapy sessions.

• Collaborate with licensed psychologists and medical professionals to determine appropriate levels of care and required interventions, enhancing client outcomes through an integrated healthcare approach.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies and develop treatment plans that align with best practices, ensuring responsive support to clients experiencing acute mental health issues.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and reports, ensuring compliance with both state and federal guidelines.

• Participate in clinical supervision and interdisciplinary team consultations to continually refine therapeutic approaches and improve client care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities to remain current with clinical practices, including attending workshops and training sessions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active LMFT license, or Psy.D., to practice in Texas.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in providing psychotherapy services.

• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health records and telehealth platforms for patient care delivery.

• Experience with family therapy techniques or working with groups in a clinical setting is highly valued.

• Familiarity with integrated care models that involve collaboration with medical providers and multidisciplinary teams.

• Comfort with using various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and family systems therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive compensation package that ranges from $75,000 to $125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
