Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• State licensure (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP in Michigan
• Experience in early childhood, preschool, or schools preferred
• Familiarity with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and school-based practices
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech and language services to a preschool-aged caseload, supporting growth in communication, articulation, language, and social skills
• Conduct assessments, interpret evaluation results, and develop individualized therapy plans
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive student support
• Monitor progress and update documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Attend meetings, contribute to planning, and participate in professional development to stay informed on best practices
