Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
• Active SLP license in Michigan
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Previous experience working in schools, ideally with preschool or early childhood populations
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Dedicated to onsite work—teletherapy is not available for this assignment

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, diagnostic evaluations, and provide direct therapy for children ages 3-5 with a range of speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEPs and school policies
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student progress
• Maintain accurate records, complete required documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
• Provide resources and support to families and teachers to foster carryover of skills in classroom and home environments
