This opportunity is tailored for a driven Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) who holds their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and is ready to work onsite, providing essential services to a vibrant young population.

Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current SLP-CCC certification
• Experience in school environments, particularly with preschool or early childhood populations
• Michigan SLP licensure or eligibility to obtain prior to the start date
• Strong collaborative skills and passion for early intervention
• Excellent communication with students, staff, and families

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to early childhood and preschool students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on student needs
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy techniques accordingly
• Consult with teachers, families, and support staff to maximize student outcomes
• Maintain timely and compliant documentation in accordance with school policies
• Stay current with best practices in pediatric speech-language pathology

This position offers a consistent schedule of 37.5 hours per week, working exclusively onsite to develop authentic connections and observe real-time progress.
