This full-time remote position focuses on delivering high-quality therapeutic care to clients with mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a crucial role in improving the mental well-being of our diverse patient population.

Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while providing therapeutic services from the comfort of your home. Nevertheless, you will remain an integral part of a collaborative team that engages in regular consultations and meetings, ensuring that our approach remains integrated and comprehensive. Our operational hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional evening and weekend shifts required on a rotational basis.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments of clients to evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of their mood disorder symptoms, utilizing standardized tools and interviewing techniques.

• Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans tailored specifically to their needs, integrating their personal goals and preferences.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate effective treatment pathways.

• Provide education to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, guiding them through treatment options and self-care strategies that promote mental health.

• Maintain ongoing monitoring of client progress throughout treatment, adjusting care strategies as necessary to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Coordinate care with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to deliver integrated support, addressing both psychological and medical needs.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatment, ensuring your therapeutic approaches are evidence-based and relevant.

• Maintain meticulous, confidential records of sessions, evaluations, and treatment plans, adhering to legal and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in case consultations and team meetings, contributing to collective learning and professional development within the team.

• Advocate for the needs of clients, working to reduce the stigma around mood disorders and promote mental health awareness within the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with individuals affected by mood disorders, facilitating their journey towards recovery and improved quality of life. Our clientele includes adults from diverse socio-economic backgrounds, and you will have the opportunity to positively impact their mental health through tailored therapeutic interventions and compassionate support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Texas.
\n
• Strong foundation in evidence-based treatment modalities specifically designed for mood disorders.
\n
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and healthcare professionals.

• Excellent communication skills and cultural competence to foster an inclusive therapeutic environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Two years of post-licensure experience focusing on mood disorders is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, new hires will receive a sign-on bonus. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
