Work Environment\n

This role provides the flexibility of remote work while connecting with patients through virtual sessions. You'll be part of a cohesive team where collaboration with psychiatrists and other health professionals is encouraged, thus ensuring a holistic approach to mental health care. The standard work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional evening or weekend shifts on a rotational basis.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments to evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, employing standardized tools and clinical judgment.

• Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific mental health needs, goals, and lifestyle preferences.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic methods, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address mood disorders effectively.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, exploring treatment options, and providing self-care strategies for ongoing mental health management.

• Track and monitor clients' progress throughout their treatment journey, making necessary adjustments to enhance the effectiveness of the therapeutic approach.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current, valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Florida is essential.

• Experience providing therapy to patients with mood disorders is highly preferred, ideally two years of post-licensure experience.

Compensation and Benefits\n
