Work Environment\n

As a remote workplace, our therapists enjoy the flexibility of a home-based office while benefiting from a structured schedule of Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Some flexibility may be required to meet patient needs, ensuring that our clients receive timely and effective support. Our outpatient office is equipped with the latest technology and electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline client interactions and documentation.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify each client's unique needs, followed by the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to enhance treatment efficacy for individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups and support sessions to foster community and improve mental health literacy amongst clients.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services and immediate support during critical mental health situations.

Qualifications\n
