Veteran Peer Support Navigator

Central City Concern

Central City Concern seeks a Peer Support Specialist to assist Veterans navigating housing, benefits, and recovery services. You will work with case managers and other providers to support participants in achieving stable housing and income goals. Ideal candidates have peered support credentials and a commitment to trauma-informed care, with flexibility for evening and weekend work.
