Chief Quality Officer

UCHealth seeks a Chief Quality Officer for Southern Colorado to lead system-wide quality, safety, and performance improvement. This executive will design and execute strategies that strengthen patient outcomes, reduce harm, and ensure regulatory compliance across hospitals and clinics. Partnering with clinical and operational leaders, the CQO will leverage data, evidence-based practice, and high-reliability principles to drive continuous improvement, while fostering a culture of transparency, learning, and collaboration in a mission-driven, academic health system.
